Billing & Invoicing Questions
How will my bill come? And how quickly?
- Bills are emailed and available on your Account Portal the day after delivery for the following customer types:
- Consigned
- Contract
- Non-Contract
- Wholesale
- REO Service
- Bills are emailed the next day for the following customer types:
- Tankwagon fuel
- Lubricants
- DEF
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, you may pay by credit card. Please contact Customer Experience at 800-537-7433.
Who do I call for credit card disputes?

Who do I call to dispute an invoice?

Can I order online?
You can place orders online via the Account Portal for transport fuel only.

How do I check the status of my work order?

Who do I contact to put in an emergency work order after hours?
Please contact us at 800-537-7433 and follow our after-hours message prompts. If you’d like to place a non-emergency work order after hours, please contact Customer Experience at customerexperience@thehreteam.com.
Delivery Questions
How often do you deliver?
We follow a weekly delivery schedule for all commercial fuel and lubricant customers.
What is your delivery area?

What is the minimum delivery quantity?
We offer fuel and lubricant delivery at the following minimum quantities:
- Transport fuels: 4,000 gallons
- Tankwagon fuels: 200 gallons
- Bulk lubricants: 150 gallons
Do you offer emergency deliveries?
Yes, we offer emergency deliveries to our tankwagon and lubricant customers for an additional $175 emergency delivery fee.
Do you deliver on the weekends?
We deliver transport fuels on the weekends.
Can I get same-day delivery?
We cannot guarantee same-day delivery, but we can guarantee that we will try our best.
