Information Systems Analyst

Position Description

Position Title: Information Systems Analyst
Reports To: President

Summary Statement

This position will work closely with the President in maintaining and enhancing system interfaces with the accounting system. The position will analyze processes and procedures and develop tools to enhance efficiency and profitability of the Company. This position will work on special projects for the organization as assigned by the President.

Essential Functions

Facilitate and manage internal and external processes and internal and external systems
Maintain documentation of internal processes
Serve in a troubleshooting capacity for employees with system vendors
Special projects as assigned

Supervisory Responsibility

The Accounting and Special Projects Analyst role has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

This job operates in a clerical office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, printers/scanners.

Physical Demands

This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel

Periodic travel to organization facilities, meetings, and training opportunities

Preferred Education and Experience

Four-year college degree in Management Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or Business
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products with emphasis on Excel

Transport Driver

Position Description

Position Title: Transport Driver
Reports To: Director of Safety & Fuel Operations

Summary Statement

Position is responsible for accurately transporting Gasoline/Diesel products to C-Stores, Government and Commercial accounts.

Essential Functions

Make delivery of bulk petroleum products to dealer, government, and commercial customer sites in compliance with state and federal regulations and all Company operational and safety policies and procedures
Maintain truck in compliance with state and federal regulations; conduct required pre- and post-trip inspections
Report all unsafe conditions to driver management and employ industry standard HAZMAT procedures
Communicate customer needs and inquiries to appropriate departments for follow up
Accurately reporting customer and delivery information.
Comply with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures, including safety procedures and the maintenance of a clean work area.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

The employee frequently works in outside weather conditions which may include extreme hot or cold temperatures and may be exposed to fumes.

This is a full-time position. The schedule(s) are a.m. hours & p.m. hours.

Education and Experience

High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
2 years professional driving experience or professional driver’s school training

Licenses or Certificates Required

Class A Commercial Driver’s License w/hazmat and tanker endorsements.
Excellent driving record.
Current Medical Certification.
