Tim Hutchens is Hutchens Rentz-Eden’s fearless leader and inspired visionary. He leads the company by example, dedicating his time to inspiring our team to meet their commitments and providing valuable resources that help us accomplish our mission. He’s been with the company since 1989 and enjoys solving challenging problems affecting our clients’ businesses. He is a supportive leader and committed community member in the Stuart, VA area. Tim earned a B.S. in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics and Business. In his free time, Tim enjoys golfing, hiking and skiing.

Dwayne Clifton is our dedicated Director of Operations. In this role, Dwayne oversees all maintenance, lubricant, fuel dispatching and REO Service operations and ensures our clients’ needs are addressed promptly and accurately. Dwayne has been with Hutchens Rentz-Eden since 2001. He enjoys the problem solving aspect of his job, helping his team and clients get the education and resources they need to make informed decisions. Dwayne enjoys spending time with his family, attending church or getting outside for a hike or to work in the yard.

Bradley Graham
Director Of Lubricant Sales

Bradley Graham plays a critical role at Hutchens Rentz-Eden serving as Director of Lubricant Sales of the company. He manages many of our daily operations, including supporting the sales and customer service teams, while also handling vendor negotiations and relations. Bradley joined our team in 1997. He worked as both an outside salesman and sales manager before transitioning to his current position. Bradley enjoys helping his customers and team find solutions to their fuel challenges. He enjoys hunting and spending time with his family when not at work.
Steve Greene

Steve Greene joined the Hutchens Rentz-Eden team in 2023 as our first Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He brought a wealth of knowledge with him from his 25-year tenure as the manufacturing CFO at Braxton-Culler and has proven invaluable in supporting HRE’s growth and ambitious goals. Steve oversees the entire accounting department, handling all financial and IT decisions to enhance system integrity and performance. His deep IT background and dedication to family align perfectly with HRE’s values, ensuring a solid financial foundation for the team and our customers. Outside the office, Steve is a proud family man and enjoys camping and traveling with his wife.

Teresa Nance

Teresa Nance excels as our Director of Safety, Wellness & Human Resources. Her role encompasses different responsibilities from human resources, logistics and safety to fuel operations. She also serves on the Corporate Leadership Team, a group tasked with strategic planning to help our business grow. Teresa has worked with Hutchens Rentz-Eden since 2018. She’s passionate about logistics and helping her team solve problems for our clients. She enjoys the fast-paced environment at Hutchens Rentz-Eden and the opportunity to learn new skills. In her free time, Teresa likes to spend time with family, cook and exercise.

Steven Ford is Hutchens Rentz-Eden’s dedicated Director of Fuel Sales, joining the team in 2020. He manages dealer accounts and tackles obstacles to ensure high customer satisfaction. Steven loves meeting new people and excels at solving problems by listening to his customers and exceeding their expectations. Outside of work, Steven is a lifelong martial artist and a 5th-degree Black Belt. He and his family enjoy engaging in physically demanding activities together, believing that a family that works out together stays together.

Bill Bocock plays a critical role at Hutchens Rentz-Eden, serving as our Manager of Fuels & Service. He oversees customer orders, maintenance requests, fuel delivery and monitors supply and pricing for the company. He strives to deliver the right product and service on time, every time and loves the fast-paced work environment. Billy joined the HRE team in 2005 and previously served as a Transport Driver. In his free time, he loves spending time with his family, working on his farm, going to the gym and enjoys a variety of hobbies, including traveling, camping, backpacking, hiking, kayaking, biking, fishing and hunting.
Ryan Joyce

Ryan Joyce joined Hutchens Rentz-Eden as an Inside Sales Representative in 2022, focusing on managing and establishing new commercial fuel accounts. Prior to joining the team, he was a licensed respiratory therapist with a background in medical equipment sales. Ryan excels at pricing, customer portal troubleshooting and relationship-building. His problem-solving approach involves effective communication, strategic planning, and flawless execution. Ryan serves as a valuable source of market information for our customers. Beyond work, he enjoys family time and motorcycle rides.

Mitch Spencer is an experienced logistics manager who provides valuable services for our business. He’s worked with Hutchens Rentz-Eden since 2016, handling daily logistics for all transport fuels and managing inventories at our consignment locations. He enjoys puzzling out the most efficient way to maximize our daily capabilities while providing superior customer service. Mitch has built strong relationships with our clients that continue to benefit our company and communities. He enjoys spending time with his wife and young daughter when he’s not busy working. He’s also an avid golfer and loves to travel.

Greg Hylton is an essential member of our team, serving as our Stuart Plant Manager since 2013. He enjoys helping our clients by organizing and scheduling deliveries in a prompt and efficient manner. He has a diverse background working in manufacturing, building and insurance, which translates nicely to his current position. Greg has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. When he’s not busy working, he loves to fish, kayak, golf and spend time with family.

Samantha Tatum is a friendly and efficient sales representative who has been with our team since 2021. She came to Hutchens with six years of sales experience, which is an asset to our staff and clients. Samantha helps establish new accounts and connect with existing lubricant customers. She places orders, provides product information and addresses any other request with a positive attitude. She loves the relationships she’s built with our customers and helping them get the answers they need to all their fuel questions. In her free time, Samantha enjoys spending time with her family, reading and baking.

Debra Walker has been a valuable and loyal member of Hutchens Rentz-Eden since 2004. She is our lubricant expert, answering questions from both our team and our customers accurately and efficiently. Debra is responsible for purchasing all the lubricants needed to stock our warehouses. She also maintains our lubricant inventory, reconciling it monthly and working to maintain appropriate prices for each item. Debra loves working closely with our team to address purchasing and inventory issues and has enjoyed the flexibility of our family-friendly working environment. When Debra’s not busy working, she enjoys working on her farm and spending time with her grandchildren.

Cathy Boyd is our dedicated Financial Controller who plays a critical role in supporting our team as they manage the needs of our customers. She enjoys the variety of tasks required of her and helping her coworkers address their accounting needs. Sharon Friday, our Accounts Payable Specialist since 2023, meticulously reviews invoices for proper documentation, authorization and coding before payment. She manages data entry, record maintenance and filing Sales and Use taxes. Sharon thrives on a variety of tasks, ensuring timely payments to vendors and seeking authorization for unpaid invoices. Sharon’s dedication and attention to detail ensure smooth financial operations at Hutchens Rentz-Eden. Mark has been with Hutchens Rentz-Eden since 2014 and transitioned from REO Service Coordinator to his current role as REO Operations Coordinator in 2024. Mark is responsible for ordering parts and inventory for REO Service, tracking inventory through RFID, ensuring environmental compliance for our locations and managing vehicle maintenance tracking for our entire organization. He takes great pride in his work and our management team’s trust. Mark is a huge history buff who loves spending time with his wife and two kids outside work.
