Tim Hutchens is Hutchens Rentz-Eden’s fearless leader and inspired visionary. He leads the company by example, dedicating his time to inspiring our team to meet their commitments and providing valuable resources that help us accomplish our mission. He’s been with the company since 1989 and enjoys solving challenging problems affecting our clients’ businesses. He is a supportive leader and committed community member in the Stuart, VA area. Tim earned a B.S. in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics and Business. In his free time, Tim enjoys golfing, hiking and skiing.

Bradley Graham plays a critical role at Hutchens Rentz-Eden serving as Vice President Of Lubricants for the company. He manages the daily operations of our lubricants division, supporting our internal teams and customer relations. Bradley joined our team in 1997. He worked as both an outside salesman and sales manager before transitioning to his current position. Bradley enjoys helping his customers and team find solutions to their fuel challenges. He enjoys hunting and spending time with his family when not at work.

Steven Ford is Hutchens Rentz-Eden’s dedicated Vice President Of Fuel Operations, joining the team in 2020. He manages dealer accounts, and oversees the REO Service and Commercial Fuels divisions, tackling obstacles to ensure high customer satisfaction. Steven loves meeting new people and excels at solving problems by listening to his customers and exceeding their expectations. Outside of work, Steven is a lifelong martial artist and a 5th-degree Black Belt. He and his family enjoy engaging in physically demanding activities together, believing that a family that works out together stays together.

Teresa Nance excels as our Director of Safety, Wellness & Human Resources. Her role encompasses different responsibilities from human resources, logistics and safety to fuel operations. She also serves on the Corporate Leadership Team, a group tasked with strategic planning to help our business grow. Teresa has worked with Hutchens Rentz-Eden since 2018. She’s passionate about logistics and helping her team solve problems for our clients. She enjoys the fast-paced environment at Hutchens Rentz-Eden and the opportunity to learn new skills. In her free time, Teresa likes to spend time with family, cook and exercise.

Bill Bocock plays a critical role at Hutchens Rentz-Eden, serving as our Fuels Dispatch Manager. He oversees customer orders, fuel delivery and monitors supply and pricing for the company. He strives to deliver the right product and service on time, every time and loves the fast-paced work environment. Billy joined the HRE team in 2005 and previously served as a Transport Driver. In his free time, he loves spending time with his family, working on his farm, going to the gym and enjoys a variety of hobbies, including traveling, camping, backpacking, hiking, kayaking, biking, fishing and hunting.

Mitch Spencer

Mitch Spencer is an experienced logistics manager who provides valuable services for our business. He’s worked with Hutchens Rentz-Eden since 2016, handling daily logistics for all transport fuels and managing inventories at our consignment locations. He enjoys puzzling out the most efficient way to maximize our daily capabilities while providing superior customer service. Mitch has built strong relationships with our clients that continue to benefit our company and communities. He enjoys spending time with his wife and young daughter when he’s not busy working. He’s also an avid golfer and loves to travel.

Dwayne Clifton is our dedicated Lubricants Operations Manager. In this role, Dwayne oversees all lubricant related operations and ensures our clients’ needs are addressed promptly and accurately. Dwayne has been with Hutchens Rentz-Eden since 2001. He enjoys the problem solving aspect of his job, helping his team and clients get the education and resources they need to make informed decisions. Dwayne enjoys spending time with his family, attending church or getting outside for a hike or to work in the yard.

Growing up with a father who was an owner-operator, Liz Satterfield developed a lifelong passion for the trucking industry. Before joining Hutchens Eden-Rentz, she worked as a dispatcher and driver manager, gaining valuable industry insights and experience. As Plant Manager of our Roxboro lubricant plant, Liz brings passion to her work, overseeing daily operations and supporting her team’s success. She enjoys being hands-on and solving challenges efficiently. Outside of work, Liz loves spending time with her son, playing baseball, swimming and discovering new books together.

Debra Walker has been a valuable and loyal member of Hutchens Rentz-Eden since 2004. She is our lubricant expert, answering questions from both our team and our customers accurately and efficiently. Debra is responsible for purchasing all the lubricants needed to stock our warehouses. She also maintains our lubricant inventory, reconciling it monthly and working to maintain appropriate prices for each item. Debra loves working closely with our team to address purchasing and inventory issues and has enjoyed the flexibility of our family-friendly working environment. When Debra’s not busy working, she enjoys working on her farm and spending time with her grandchildren.
